This is part of the ESXi post installation for configuration
Generally customer has their own disclaimer for all the server hardening.
Step 1: Login to ESXi through putty
Step 2: We can see the current default login banner
Step 3: Open motd in vi editor as below
Step 4: Change the disclaimer accordingly, Save and exit.
After the relogin we can find the new disclaimer at putty.
